They are organized and stick to the promised schedule, but occasionally we were the ones who fell behind. Provide valuable insights on SEO/ what will drive results. They were always very flexible and willing to rework things if we found something we did not like (which was not too often).

Not sure if there was a downside. I suggest having regular reviews of industry terms and your target audience to make sure you are targeting the right people. We were getting good results from the start and then did a review session and brought in additional knowledge to MIG, and the results essentially tripled. The results will be based on what you can supply to them.

As with any other substantial project, I get multiple proposals and ask many questions. MIG was overall the best value before any work was started. As stated above, they will only be as good as the information you provide them about your industry and products (we are a product company). There will be some back and forth as things get dialed in. Initially, we started small before expanding the program. I find it hard to believe you would be disappointed.
